WVD Director is a tool for use in the Windows Virtual Desktop environment.
It provides tools for admins to be able to help remote users by granting the capability to easily shadow users, send messages to one or many, and remotely logoff bugged sessions at the click of a button. This is a beta release of the application. Users will be able to use the program until the 29th of May 2020.

Q: When will the full version be out?
A: The full signed release will be May 29th 2020
Q: How do I add computers to WVD Directors?
A: To add computers to WVD Director, go to the configuration panel. Under server settings there are options to add and remove servers. Click add, doublw click the new row and type the name or ip address of the server you’d like to add, then hit enter. Repeat this process for each subsequent server.
Q: Why can’t I see any users in the table?
A: WVD Director is designed to be ran within the Windows Virtual Desktop environment. To be able to connect to the remote servers you must run the application from within the remote server itself.
Q: I created a trial account. How do I set my password?
A: Once you have created a trial account, you should receive an email from Licensespring, follow the link in that email and you will be able to create a password for login to WVD Director.
Q: Why won’t the application launch?
A: This version of WVD Director is designed as a temporary beta release. It is designed so it will not run after May 29th, 2020.
